Adalius Thomas - LB - Ravens

This one hurts us, they will be tougher on D now...

Wes Welker - WR - Dolphins

We already had to gaurd him twice a year with no QB, now he has Brady throwing to him... this sucks

Sammy Morris - RB - Dolphins

Who knows what his role will be... shouldnt hurt us much

Kyle Brady - TE - Jags

Great now CBS will tell the story of how he used to be a JET 34758 times before each game! lol

This must really piss off MadMike... lol

Not really. Just Thomas.

Welker is going to be a pain in the ass to gaurd with a real QB throwing him the ball... he was already trouble in Miami with a few nobodys tossing him the rock.

He's a decent slot WR at best. Doesn't really bother me. The only real impact player on that list is Thomas.

Did you even see welker play in 06'?? He is very dangerous and especially with someone like Brady as his QB...

Does this mean Tom Brady has to have T.Brady on his jersey???

Will we have to hear about the Brady Bunch???

Is Kyle Brady as gay as Tom???

They will prob just make K. Brady wear the K and Tom keep it just Brady...

FOr some reason I find it funny though he might have to add the T :)

There are like 15 FA WR's who are better then the crap NE had last year...

The crap that took the Pats to the AFC Championship game?

Chad Johnson is a stud WR but his team didn't even make the playoffs.

Even you know that you got to the AFC Championship game because of your D and a very lucky play. Not your WR's.

I meant to say Chad Johnson, not Chad Jackson.

Back to the point.

Gaffney and Caldwell were a big reason the Pats went so far in the playoffs.

The D was banged up.

I assumed you watched the Jets/Pats playoff game. How many receptions did those two have in that game?

Come on. You know that was a product of the jets front 7 having no run stopping ability and them having to play 9 in the box and single coverage all game.

If thats the case how do you explain Caldwell's performance against the Chargers?

If he is their no 1 WR he's the worst no 1 WR in the NFL. He doesn't scare me at all.

What does that prove? One game? Gafney and Caldwell have been AMAZINGLY avg their entire careers.

So you want to look back at what those players did before they went to the Pats? Thats weak mate.

Lets look at what they did in the playoffs:

Caldwell: 16 receptions for 176 yards and 1 TD.

Gaffney: 21 receptions of 241 yards and 2 TD.

Thats pretty good for AMAZINGLY average receivers.

So because they had good games in the playoffs for whatever reasons that means you forget the rest of their mediocre careers (even with NE.)

They do their job when it counts, thats what it is all about in the NFL buddy.

Caldwell had 61 catches last season. His previous high was 28.

The Pats picked Gaffney up off the waiver wire after he caught 55 passes the year before playing for the Texans.

You argument about prior performance is weak.

As I stated earlier they both performed in the playoffs.

It's sure not about judging a players career based on 1 or 2 games.

nobody claimed they had a HOF career, just trying to prove they weren average in the playoffs... and they arent...
