BP
Jordan Babineaux? Kansas City and Dallas have expressed interest in having S Jordan Babineaux visit them. Babineaux is a restricted free agent, and if he signed an offer sheet with another team the Seahawks would have the choice of matching the contract and keeping Babineaux or receiving a second-round pick as compensation. link

MasonJet
A 2nd round pick? Really? It's stuff like this that makes me that much happier to have Mangini as our coach.
124
Babineaux is flexiable as he can play both Cornerback and Safety effectively in the NFL. If Seattle loses him, it will hurt their secondary and it will improve Kansas City's. This actually isn't that bad of a deal, especially if Kansas City is looking to trade Green in which they could receive a 3rd or 4th round pick in return, they wouldn't be losing too much by giving up their 2nd rounder for Babineaux. Sperm Edwards
Wait, so with all the OL problems he's got there, they're parting with a mid-2nd-round pick for yet another DB??? Wow. 10 bucks says they draft another one by their round 4 pick.

Bugg
This has Coach Jerk Chicken's bbq-sauced fingerprints all over it. His QBs keep getting killed, so rather than bite the bullet and draft some upfront beef, let's get more DBs. As with the McCariens and Jolley, Edwards thinks 2nd round picks are worth as much as a a dirty pair of socks. And the more DBs, the better. The guy is retarded. Sperm Edwards
So let's see: FS Greg Wesley is under contract through 2009. CB Patrick Surtain is under contract through 2011. SS Sammy Knight is under contract through 2009. 2006: Acquire CB Ty Law. Use 2nd-round pick on SS Bernard Pollard, who plays the same position as Knight, before your training camp starts. Use 5th-round pick on CB Marcus Maxey, bury him on the depth charts as your #5 CB. Use 7th-round pick on FS Jarrad Page. 2007: Trade 2nd-rounder for SS Jordan Babineau. If it was up to Herm, the team's roster would consist of one halfback, one kicker, one punter, and 50 defensive backs.
Bugg
The Chiefs signed Damioin "Wifebeater"McIntosh away from the Fins, though I don't thienk the enw Miami regime is crying in their beer. if you read the Chiefs official website you'd think the just locked up Jon Ogden in his prime.
