2.The fact that the guy had these numbers in 3 back up years:

let me say,those numbers are SICK with pnemonia and also throw in that last year he had 24 first downs.........on 80 carries.So 30% OF THE TIME HE TOUCHES THE BALL,IT'S A FIRST DOWN.(find that somewhere else)

Thomas Jones had more yards last year than MT has in his whole career and is more a proven RB-We get Jones for a 2nd round pick and SD is trying to get a 1st and 3rd for Turner-bad deal for us.Draft Picks a re real important to this regime.Also if you read Mike T's transcript in the sticky section up top you'll see that they are thinking about next year's FA class already.It's a good read check it out and how's the knee?

Just so we all know, in 2004 Jesse Chatman was LT's primary backup and his #s in that year:

65 carries, 392 yards, 6.0 YPC, 3 TDs

Turner's #s :

2005:

57 carries, 335 yds, 5.9 YPC, 3 TDs

2006:

80 carries, 502 yds, 6.3 YPC, 2 TDs

Do any of those years look very different? I'd be VERY wary of giving up too much for Michael Turner.
