The Cowboys have offered free agent offensive tackle Marc Colombo a two-year deal worth about $7 million, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

Is he worth more?

On Sirius NFL Radio Daryl Johnston said there were rumors that Columbo may have to retire due to health issues. In addition stated there were times that his heart was questioned during the season. But who knows he could be wrong, just hope Parcells is not selling a bag of damaged goods to our FO. He has never been known for his brilliant free agent signings

Dude, Steve Atwater was a GREAT signing. Didn't you see that hit he laid on Okoye 8 years earlier? ;)

Vinny Testaverde and Bryan Cox in 1998?

oh I know and that sportscenter highlight of a catch by Eric Green! oh wait that was a preseason game

I remember that one. Truly was one of the best catches I ever saw. Then he caught 7 passes in the reg season & never played again.

He did bring in some good players though. Cox & Testaverde as PN09 mentioned, though the latter was more BB's influence than Tuna wanting him so badly. Also Mawae. Pepper was a good pickup in light of Jones missing the '98 season.
