to make the probowl? i don't think so, i can't look it up right now, but didn't kyle vandenbosch miss the probowl in 06? despite his 12 sacks or so? I am pretty sure guys still miss at 10 sacks

I personally dont care for the pro bowl, it isnt an actual skills based entry, its a popularity contest, but do i think that thomas will be pro bowl caliber. well i think so. its not like he was a bust, boobway drafted a defensive end when the jets already had abraham and ellis, he just couldnt start.

No he will not..once the Jets get better playmaking LBs he will just blend in amongst the rest of the unit

I think that it is too much wishful thinking. Yes, he has performed better than what we are used to out of him, but I seriously doubt he reaches a Pro Bowl caliber level. Yes, good starter, better than what most other teams get, but not the elite, playmaker level.

my brother wanted ed reed (hard to knock that now) all the way that year. but i liked the idea a lot at the time. move ellis inside & have two speed demons on the edge. i'm happy for the guy. he's been a 1st round joke for a long time. not anymore.
