The Troll
Rueben Droughns? Are you people serious? Two years ago, he averaged 4 YPC behind one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL. He has one bad season and he's the worst back in the league? Dominic Rhodes is pretty awful. I doubt he averages 3 a carry in Oakland.

Dude Eddie George was a great Running back he just broke down way too fast. Thats what happens when you give a guy 400 carries a season(cough Herm Edwards). The guy never missed a game and was everything you could ask for in a player.
Xcel2NuFX
TJ Duckett is a guy everybody knows and yet the guy hasn't done anything his entire career.
The Troll
Eddie George only averaged above 4 YPC TWICE in his career. His career average: 3.6. He was a running back whose numbers were vastly inflated because he carried the ball 800 times per season. I give him great credit for being a durable, tough son of a bitch, but durable + tough do not add up to GREAT.

Over his first 5 years he avg. 3.9 ypc, after that he was worn out and was never the same player. If you ask me my opinion I would take a guy who could carry the rock 30 times a game and get me 3.9 yards a carry. The guy was not a big play threat at all he just pounded the rock and that seemed to be enough to get a whole lot of wins.

Xcel2NuFX
I happen to not really like to read into stats that much because they can be misleading. There are intangible things that make a player great. What can he do for you when you NEED him to make something happen? Can you give him the ball on 3rd and short and pick up the first down? Can he put the ball into the endzone when your down on the goalline? Guys like Tikki Barber will end their careers with impressive stats but I'll be honest Tikki Barber is not as good as his numbers would indicate. He can't convert first downs and he never could really punch it into the endzone. Even his big plays he usually got caught from behind before reaching the goalline... and quiet frankly those things add up. I wouldn't put eddie george up there with the likes of Jim Brown and Barry Sanders but in his prime he was amongst he top 5 runningbacks in the league. JetCane
Willis Magahee....Unless he is playing the Jets. Far from the worst, and he is going to kick ass as a Raven. Still hurting from the cuse getting blown out of the big east tourney?

Bro how you gonna put in your sig the Jets knocked Tom Brady up? Last I remember he played what looked like a flawless game to crush us in the playoffs... Winning 1 out of 3 and losing the most important game doesn't exactly give us the right to say we own Brady or anything.

GM likes to rag on the Canes, so I was giving him some back. One of my closest friends is a cuse grad- I still havent called him yet, b/c I know he must be depressed.
