NJ
In other breaking news, water is wet. It's not ig Prior and Wood will get hurt, it's when. The way I've seen Prior throw this spring - him being hurt would do wonders for the team ERA.
NJ
The way I've seen Prior throw this spring - him being hurt would do wonders for the team ERA. I should have shown more faith in Prior - he actually got under a double digit ERA after his last outing. After getting rung up for 3/3/1 in the seventh today - his buddy Kerry brought his up to 12.60. Oy.

GimmeShelter
The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Kerry Wood (triceps) suffered a setback while pitching Sunday and is expected to begin the season on the disabled list. A team source told the newspaper that Wood is scheduled to be examined further by doctors Monday, but didn't reveal the extent of the injury. If Wood begins the year on the DL, the earliest he could pitch is April 10. Source: Chicago Sun-Times
