oktaren
he ran a 4.4? i thought he ran somewhere in the 4.7 range. i have always liked him as a prospect...i wouldn't mind picking him up late as a short yardage back...

#27TheDominator
also i wanna ask bitonti where would tyrone and micheal griffith are projected to go If you're talking about Michael Griffin from Texas, draftdaddy (Bit & R44) have him going to the Giants at 20. I have no idea what they think about Tyrone Moss. Seems like an intriguing 2nd day guy, but I doubt the Jets would even sniff him considering he was suspended for the opener last year and timed poorly, (4.67 at his pro day-not 4.4) meaning his knee might not be all the way back or he's just slow. #27TheDominator
he was a solid 1st round back in 2005 but last year he just fell off the boards Well, he blew his knee out in November. Then he got a blood clot and had complications and wassuspended for the opener. To top it off he doesn't run 4.4 as apparenlty advertised, but closer to 4.7 and that was at his pro day. Usually guys time better at pro day than the combine.

No way did he run a 4.4, unless it was to the buffet table. It was closer to 4.5. The guy from Miami I like as a late round pickup is DE Baraka Atkins. Worth a look on day two. Why not?

bitonti
Moss definately has talent and could be worth a mid/late round pick for that short yardage role. Despite the addition of Jones and Barnes, the Jets still lack a short yardage back. Cedric Houston could be that guy if he ever can stay healthy.
