The Gun Of Bavaria
My FM Modulator on my Sirius unit is driving me crazy and allowing way too much interference then I'm willing to put up with. Does anyone use the "FM Direct" Cable that runs from your Sirius unit to the antenna input in the back of your stereo? I have 2 options to look at to avoid this interference problem. 1 is the FM Direct attachment at $30 and the other is a $110 attachment that plugs into the auxillary port of my in-car stereo. I'd rather spend the $30 but if the reception still sucks why bother. Any input? Does the FM DIrect work?

TaborJet
GOB, Does your car stereo have a cassette deck? If so, get a cassette adapter. It's like having a direct line. They go for about $10. No more interference.
Sperm Edwards
Or you could have opted for a Sirius radio in the car & added $4/month to your car payments. The problem really has nothing to do with the FM-modulator; it's the car itself. It is angry at you for getting the female engine.
