joebabyny Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 I just ordered the 20/5 plan online, then called them up to make sure it is not like dsl with pppoe, meaning you do not have to authenticate, but that it was like cable and was just always on. The salesgirl on the phone said is was always-on, but I don't put much faith in those people generally. I know in some parts of the country it is pppoe, some parts it is dhcp.
