Scott Dierking
Jason Giambi take note...do that once every couple of weeks and teams might stop piliing 14 players between first and second base. Great move by Carlos (or whoever called it) Dave Kingman used to do that all the time when he was in slumps too. Your clean-up guys should not be doing it when they have men on base, but if you are looking to break a slump, and not allow teams to cheat as much on you, it is a great approach. GimmeShelter
Love the fact that Maine went high and tight on Met killer Pat Burrell and then got him to pop out to end the threat.
