drago
Not the actual branch i am working in, but about 5 miles east of me got robbed during the middle of our blizzard (2:00pm). Now i just got an e-mail saying another one of our branches (20miles away) got robbed yesterday too, at about 4:00pm. I don't know if the people got away or anything. You hear of bank robberies where you guys are from? Cause this is new to me, at least the frequency of it.
Bob
My sister-in-law is a banker in Syracuse. It happens. Not so much here in the sticks, but it's not unheard of.
Thai Jet
Look at the bright side. Each day there is a better chance that your branch will get knocked over next.

Green DNA
Max did it. It's either rob banks or charge $55 a pop to sign up here. Apparently this was a business decision.
The Gun Of Bavaria
I'm pretty sure banks have been robbed since the first day one opened. Crime happens no matter where you're at.

It just happens at a higher rate in the places GOB tries to eliminate it.

The Gun Of Bavaria
Robbing banks has become WAAAAAAAAAY too easy these days. People robbing banks with notes?? Comical! They've gone ovrboard with their passive give them what they want response to bank robberies. Nowadays you just need a note to rob a bank. For those illiterate bank robbers, just inferring you have a weapon is an easy $3K. F that. Make these guys at least tie some road flares together or make some sort of an effort, it's become too easy. Someone drops a note? Demands to see the gun. They dont show one, they don't have one. I don't work behind the teller line, but i guess they are told to just cough up whatever cash they have. and you're right, they usuall get around 3k. I should rob my own bank, that'll surprise them. especially when i go back behind my desk with the cash for the rest of the day. its flawless

For how little those tellers make??? Yeah.. I'll give some lunatic money. We could make it tough... have an armed guard at every branch and have him kill the guy when he leaves..... Or we could have a real justice system that actually puts criminals away when they commit a crime... but we dont. Crime will stop when there are real consequences. There was this 14 year old in milwaukee who shot a bar owner twice in the stomach, he got away. now that same kid is 16, and shot and killed a very well respected boxing coach from a neighboring town. I had to do the death benefit for his wife this morning. Seeing as the kid is 16, i wonder if he'll be tried as an adult. i hope he burns for this, if not here, somewhere else. Thats terrible to hear.... Justice is better here on Earth, at least we know he is suffering... Well... it is our fault that we make banks such an attractive target with all that money there.... we would be better off if the government controlled everything and everyone was "equal" and there were no class of people.... yeah.. that would be awesome:puke:
