joewilly Posted April 16, 2007 Share Posted April 16, 2007 Mine was great. went boating with the mrs friday evening & watched a movie at home. worked a little sat morning, did some stuff around the house & went out to dinner with friends to a cool new restaurant called the bed. waiters & waitresses wear pajamas & the booths have curtains & set up to bedroom themes. Food was very good. up at 6 sunday for fishing.CAUGHT 9 DOLPHIN!!! between 25 & 35 lbs. home by 1:00 & went to a great brunch on east end of island. cut up fish & packed the freezer & sold 120 lbs of fish to a local restaurant. pretty good weekend I must say Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Saturday - Did a little shopping & bought Guitar Hero II Sunday - Played Guitar Hero II for a while before watching last weeks episodes of Lost & Boston Legal. I have to come pick them up while AAA tows the van back to Rock Hill. Last weekend my car broke down in Myrtle Beach on my way to the golf course. $145.00 for a new alternator. Don't know what putting a new coil pack is going me yet. 2) Kids are back home and the fighting starts 5 minutes into the day. Did you ever see Bill Cosby "Himself". The show is about 20 years old but everything still holds true in my house. Child to other Child "WILL YOU STOP TOUCHING ME !!!!" Child to other Child "STOP TOUCHING ME !!!" This goes on for about 10 minutes before I step in and say "NOBODY IS TO TOUCH ANYBODY, TALK TO ANYBODY, EVEN LOOK AT ANYBODY EVER AGAIN !!!!!" 3) Have to take the bus to work today since the wife needs the car to take the kids to school and such. Took the boat out on Swan Lake for the first time this year on Sat and caught my first largemouth of the season. It's was under a pound, but it broke the ice. Missed quite a few others as the bite was light and I'm always a bit rusty in the Spring. Spent sunday in the garage installing a new winch on the boat trailer. I had a misearble cold from Wednesday-Friday, so I slept until about 11 am on Saturday. Woke up feeling a lot better. Went out that night and killed off the remainder of the virus with Guinness, live Irish music and some kilted friends. Quiet day around the house yesterday.
