Mets have some of their own chips

From Rotoworld:

Carlos Gomez went 3-for-3 with a triple and two walks Monday for Triple-A New Orleans.

The 21-year-old Gomez is batting .419 with two triples and six doubles in 43 at-bats. He's only the third best outfield prospect in the Mets organization (assuming that Lastings Milledge still counts), but he'd be No. 1 on plenty of other teams.

I don't know what Milledge is worth on the open market, and I don't know if his stock is diminished at all, but the Mets would be smart to try and make their best deal for pitching.

I would get rid of Milledge while you can still get something for him..I heard he doesn't want to listen to any of the Mets veterans when they try to give him advice (an obvious Yankee trait installed by Randolph).

Where is this kids attitude coming from? he's still unproven.
