He launched personal attack after personal attack. So he is gone. Max, answer me a serious question, was JBF Thor's alt.

green_blood
You would post 15 pgs of how much you hate JBF. JBF was right, YOU ALL LOVED HIM! You all needed a pariah, and while he was an *******, he took more **** than Pats posters only because of the Yankees suffering. Smack talk hurts more when your team is struggling and everyone loved to hate him. Hell, he probably feels more intelligent than you all because all the bellyaching by the Yankees fans is what got him banned. He improved, but by then, you all had the vision that he was the ENEMY. I applaud JonEJet, I saw that JBF and him had smack talk, but JonEJet was level headed enough to look past frustration. I don't want to insult people, but JBF was only a quarter of the problem, the monstrosity was created by his hate-fans. If I was JBF, I would actually feel proud, and guess what, most Yankee fans are the second dumbest fans only comparable to the Cubs. Maybe the Baseball should just be renamed New York Baseball, and then it would eventually lead to NY Yankees Baseball Forum because all of your bitching. nj meadowlands
JonE, you couldn't be more wrong here. TX never attacked anyone. He would just make harmless, dumbass comments. Maxman
When he actually talked baseball he wasnt bad. It's just he rarely ever did. WHen is Jermaines suspension lifted, Max? We give lifetime bans for the most part. Once in awhile we do the timeout thing. But usually if the person knows the rules and refuses to follow them we just ban them for life. And I don't believe I am always right. Some of this stuff isn't real clear cut. I invited Bosox here so I definitely knew what I was getting. That is why he got a longer leash than most. But he left a lot of crap to clean up because of his personal attacks. I do subscribe to the theory that this is a message board and we need to have thick skin (that is why there is no report this post button like the other sites have). That being said here are his hits from August: Really, you should STFU I dont know why BP and Thor...but I expect at least a 3rd grade level of reading comprehension on this board, especially when reading my posts. ooooohhhhh...listen to the internet tough guy. Could you stop making excuses for the horrid, anti-social behavior of other posters? How brainwashed are you anyway??? I speak on behalf of Yankee Hater Nation...I care not what a bunch of racist thugs, liberal working class joes, and j!zzbag college kids call members of the Red Sox. and more FYI: Plenty of people call him Okie...as ONE of his outpitches is the "Okie Dokie" Youre a Yankee fan suckup, WTF do you know? I'm sorry I just watched the Sox put up 4 runs...what were you saying? Bet you wish you hadnt popped open that can of Viagra so prematurely as you were sure that you were gonna watch the Yankees pick up at least a wildcard game! See, a little patience next time. The reading comprehension on this board is seriously lacking! My 5th graders would have been able to deduce the main idea of my last post. blackout, I feel the pain of the Staten Island Community... JBF never brought serious baseball discussion to the table. It was all smack. All the time. Which is okay since this isn't a Yankees site. The problem is he thought he was funny. The personal attacks -- no need for that here. I have a feeling he won't be the only banning in this forum either. Anyone who gets in the way of real baseball talk won't be welcome here. If he, of all people, wants JBF back, then I think his wish should be respected. I, for one, believe that it is always better to have MORE opinions than less in any public forum, even if those who speak are controversial. Whatever the reason for his banning, which appears to be too many personal attacks, he did add to discussions often.

Whatever the reason for his banning, which appears to be too many personal attacks, he did add to discussions often. There is a difference though between having more opinions and bashing people just because they don't agree with YOUR opinion. The problem with JBF is/was is that he does not know when to STFU. Bash Yankee fans all you want, that is the favorite pastime of most here and alot of the time it is pretty well deserved. But... When you start bashing EVERYONE and pissing EVERYONE off then you have a problem. It is one thing to sit and p!ss on Yankee fans here. Most of us who have known JBF for the past 4-5 years know what his act has always been about and like JonE says you just take it and laugh. It is an altogether different story though when you p!ss on people who actually want to have a legit baseball conversation. That is when you cross the line. As far as the personal attacks are concerned. I saw just as many folks here ripping on JBF for his teaching as I saw him ripping personally into others so both sides are wrong. Maybe it is time for a smack forum. I don't know. Let it loose in their for a nominal charge. Say $55 ? Right Max ?

Ask yourself at this moment, what would Mr. T do? You know, I originally had a two word, four asterick, three letter response to this post, but I won't go that route. I'll give you a chance to explain it. Why are Cubs fans the dumbest fans in baseball? Is it because of their stubborn loyalness? Is it because of their undying love of a team that has caused them nothing but pain? If that is the case, do you also find Jets fans to be the dumbest in football? Or is it because you believe in the stereotype that Wrigley is filled to the brim with drunk, unemployed idiots that could care less about the team strugg-aling and are just there for a good time? Because that is nothing more than a bunch of bull****. There are no fans in baseball that want their team to win more than Cubs fans. NONE. If that makes them dumb, then I guess we are. If their personal attacks don't stop soon, they will be gone. I would like to think we could just discuss baseball here. Guys like you MBN, Scott Dierking, Gimme -- we all root for different teams. But if you guys posted baseball stuff more we could learn a lot from you because you are diehard fans.
