I now use fresh from the vine tomatoes and blanch them so there's no skin-I cooked it with pork chunks today and served it over some ravioli from Brooklyn....Italian men rule

I saw the topic and there was no way you could keep me out of a thread that talks about my favorite SFJ sauce.
