johnny green balls
I don't really think that is the point of the federal system. If anything a state oriented system would work better in that regard, in my opinion. clearly you don't understand what "federal" means in this context. nyjetsjetsjets
clearly you don't understand what "federal" means in this context. Well, I have no idea what you meant then. I have never heard the word federal used in terms of government and not refer to the federal government. It either has to do with a federal (as in a group of states) or an agreement (as in a group of states) I have never seen it used differently. Please explain. nyjetsjetsjets
from wikipedia: In contemporary usage, as articulated by president Richard Nixon's New Federalism, federalists advocate the principle of greater regional autonomy within the United States — usually by allowing individual states to set their own agendas and determine the handling of issues, rather than trying to impose a nationally uniform solution. Usually federalism is proposed as a solution to issues that may have strong support in some parts of the country and strong opposition in other parts, for example: restrictions on abortion, gay marriage, euthanasia, medicinal use of cannabis, gun rights and restrictions on property rights. Ahh, I see. Never heard it in that usage. Federalism, as I have heard it was always in reference to all of the states agreeing to be bound as one, while still allowing state and local governments to have some control. I don't see how this would make it easier for localities and states to do as they please. At least not compared to a system based purely on the states having the majority of sovereignty themselves. It's hard to read since he doesn't use paragraphs or any sort of punctuation, and honestly it kind of rambles. I've mentioned it before but he called me a grammar **** or something and refused to make his posts readable, so I guess he doesn't care. nyjetsjetsjets
it's a parent's responsibility to govern what their children do online. no other users. That is laughable, and ridiculous. First of all, thats like saying that stores can start selling porn however they want, and its the parents responsibility to make sure they don't see it. That isn't how it works. It is mandatory for stores that allow minors in them to cover up the porn. This also goes against your theory that people shouldn't wear baggy clothes because children, etc might see something they shouldn't. Shouldn't it just be the parent's responsibility to make sure they don't walk down the street as the same time as the baggy clothe' wearer. That just isn't how it works.
