Well I passes 1,000 in a thread with ECurb to see who could post the most before it got closed, and what can I say... I was trying so hard to keep up with ECurb that I passed up 1,000 without even knowing it...

But here is to my 1,000th post here at JN... Yea I know some may think I'm over the line as far as being a homer goes, but honestly, thats what being a fan in my eyes is all about... You have to BELIEVE... If I cant believe in Mangini, Chad, Brick, Mangold, Thomas Jones, Leon, Coles, Cotch, B.Smith, J-Mac, Baker, Revis, Miller, Dyson, Rhodes, Vilma, Ellis, I mean I can go on and on... Why even bother being a fan if I think the season is over before it even started?

I really feel we have a shot at the AFC East this year. Yea our O-Line is looking bad as of right now, but we were also one of the worst O-Lines last season and we still made the playoffs. This year Brick and Mangold will be playing as 2nd year starters, not as rookies... Yes we have to replace Kendall... But I look at it like this... If we can replace Kevin who may be a HOF Center, well then we can replace Kendall.

Last season we had a great backfield with Barlow, Blaylock and Houston... LOL, All pro backfield huh? This year we have a 1-2 punch in Jones and Washington with Ware looking to replace C.Houston with no complaints from us Jet fans.

We made the playoffs with a rookie hc in Mangini last season, yea, I know... Nothing can be worse than Herm... But still, he was a 1st year coach working with a 1st year OC in Martys boy... And we still won 10 games with Chad at QB.

We drafted Revis and Harris who should be an impact for this D for years to come...

All in all, Im still excited about this season and cant wait till the Pats game to see what we really have in this team.

I just wanna thank everyone around at JN that has been cool with me, yea sometimes Im annoying, but hey, I come on JN for shiits and giggles, and even my girl cracks up about how I always jump on the computer in the mourning... She always says... "Let me guess.... Jet nation..." And you know what I say? "You got that right" or... "How you gonna tell me something WE already know" lol, it's better than "Honey... Im home"

Here is to a great season from the Jets... I never wanna say 11-5, 12-4 because I feel we can win each and every sunday... But if I say 16-0... I may just get banned from Max so I will say this... Lets win the AFC East, make it to the playoffs, get a 1st round bye, and then... Anything can happen from there... EVEN WITH CHAD... Because... in Mangini I trust.

Honestly... I dont know whats gotten into me as of late on JN... I just looked at the top posters and Im #1 within the past 24 hours, number 3 within the past week and number 9 within the past 28 days with 670 total posts.

I'v been on JetNation for a while now and it took me a little bit over 7 or 8 months I believe to get to 1,000 but ever since my girl started to go to school before work, I been bored around the house and just posting like a mad man...

Plus I work for a company called "Special Data Processing" Its kind of like tellamarketing but the customers actually call me so thier is no sales pressure, I sell magazines over the phone... But anyways I been there for like 2 years now and I just started working from the house because driving 45 mins each and everyday to work and then back from work was really getting to me... But I think that has alot to do with why Im posting so much over here, but lmao Im having fun, JetNation makes my days at work feel like 2 hours when im actually working for 7.
