The Troll Posted September 9, 2007 Share Posted September 9, 2007 How many RBs do you start? If it's two, you have great depth. If it's three, your running backs are iffy. I just don't trust Portis. Betts and Portis should be joined at the hip. I would only take the second round risk with Portis if I had Tomlinson, and even then, I looked to deal Portis before he actually played and got injured. I like Fred Taylor more than most (I would start him over Portis this week), but he's not a good #2 most weeks. Jones should be back sooner than expected, which will make the guy in your league that drafted Tatum Bell four rounds ahead of him look like a dip****. QB is solid. Your top 3 WRs are ****ing awesome. Donald Driver as a #3 is just insane. Everything else is very good. I'd say you should definitely make the playoffs, if not win the league. Rookies. Not saying they were not smart, but the draft order was the same in every round (i.e 1...10; 1...10 vs 1....10 10.....1). I tried telling they should flip it to make it balance out. However, this biggest proponent against this would have benefited from it. Oh well. I drafted 4th . I know, I'm just having a little fun with him. I am on pins and needles with my backs. First three games report. That watery sound is my team circling the toilet. QB - Losman was cut early for Delhomme. Bulger has been largely a waste of a pick. Now Delhomme, has an injured elbow. RB - Jackson is under performing and not worth the 4th pick (should have took Brady) in the draft I used. Plus, now he has a partial tear in his groin. Portis has been ok. Taylor is...average. Jones was cut and Ward and Deshaun Foster picked up. WR - Driver has been great. Johnson was until hurt. Mason had a nice game last week and Evans has 1 point in three weeks. He was cut for Ward when Jackson went out with an injury as it left me one back. K - Cut my kicker for the Boyz one because the Greatest show on Turf has been a turd and he is not doing jack. For the second time ever, I had a losing record in FF. This week was a microcosm of my season, my team scored 120 points.
