Smizzy
BB and Bob Kraft could get caught running a train on Vietnamese pot belly pig in the kids dressing room at Macy's and it would get swept under the rug.

That is soooo true. Where vick f'd up is he didn't invite Kraft and BB to the dog fights. Then he would be cleared no problem.
madmike1
There is no reason NOT to pull crap like this because nothing happens even when you get caught. What if they stole the signs on our coverage team and thats why he ran it out 8 yards deep in the endzone?
Maxman
I can't believe they have the Jets signals and plays. DAMN. Crazy motion, run right. More crazy motion, short pass. They have OUR PLAYBOOK. This is bad. BAD. Schotty is going to have to design a whole new offense.

They kept thier Lombardis anyway. The Broncos, Pats and a whole bunch of teams have been caught monkeying with the injury report. They haven't lost a damn thing but s a bit of cash. DonCorleone
... Even if this is true, it will be swept under the rug by the NFL. Nothing damaging to the Pats will ever be released about this...

BP
The NFL should hold mumbles accountable for this, and suspend the hobo looking coach for it. if it's true.

Alk
So THAT explains it. I knew there was a reson why we dominated the way we did and it had nothing to do with the fact that we were superior talentwise in every aspect of the game. I knew there was a reson why we dominated the way we did and it had nothing to do with the fact that we were superior talentwise in every aspect of the game. I don't think anyone implied that. If true however, I guess your POS Head Coach wasn't confident that the superior talent you speak of was enough to win the game on it's own. Contrary to popular belief, this is a new commissioner and as you can probably tell by now, he's not going to sweep anything under the rug. 2. If this did in fact happen and you think this is the first time then I don't know what to say. Teams are trying to steal other teams signals all the time. Happens in every sport. Non issue. RunStuffer63
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3012989 Im not dumb.. I know the Patriots are the NFL's son of man, just like Israel was to God.. I doubt it had anything to do with the outcome of the game.. They just blew our lines up.. Though.. Phil Simms did say that Tom Brady seemed to "know" exactly when the blitz was coming...

Kidhuman
If they are cheating and know what the D is going to do, its easy to call a play to counteract it and move the ball. There is without a doubt somehting to it.

Jet27
... If this is true, I believe the NFL can fine the Pats and also the Pats forfeit the game....I believe this is in the rule books and has been for a while now.

124
The penalty would be the loss of a draft pick or picks. There is no way there would be a forefit in this game. News on the allegations should be reported throught Sportscenter (4-5) and MNF Countdown (5-7).

If you couple this tactic with performance enhancing drugs, and you have one hell of an advantage. This better get some attention, Goodell better be as no-nonsense as advertised.
