NIGHT STALKER
To get away from our Jets for a couple of threads, how about this fins team that prides itself on its defense... Dolphins | Run defense struggles Week 1 Mon, 10 Sep 2007 09:56:00 -0700 Harvey Fialkov, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports the Miami Dolphins' defense yielded 191 rushing yards on 4.7 yards per carry Week 1. 124
Oh those Dolphins. At least we can laugh at them the day after we get punched in the mouth.

crashingjet
Are you really serious with this thread? Your Jets lose by 24, they give up a total of 38 points, cheer when their starting QB gets hurt (stay classy N.Y.), the secondary gives Moss 183 yards, and your star offseason pick up Jones had 40 yards. Whoooooo. Miami was at least able to keep the game close, we were even winning at half time. So what if we lost, it was in OT and the team gave an honest all out effort. Can you say the same about the Jets? I didn't think so. I am not dissappointed in the play of my team because we were in the game the whole time. The Jets never had a shot, they were put out to slaughter and played the role to perfection. Good luck in Baltimore next week, see you when your 0-2. You guys are always boasting that you're a type 5 defense and I thought it was appropriate to point out that you gave up 200 yards on the ground to the lowly skins. Hey, a loss is a loss...must suck to lose in OT on a FG though. See ya in week 3.

The Jets loss yesterday was humiliating and I feel sorry for you Jets fans.

Then you must have creamed your pants during the Monday Night Miracle because the Dolphins were winning by so much at one point. When they add an "almost won" column to the standings, please let me know.

The jets lost to a team that will clobber your joke of a franchise twice this year.
