Want A Positive About Next Week ?

Someone turn to ESPN and watch the Ravens. They are playing absolutely horrible, and I mean horribile. Willis McGahee doesn't look talented at all. This also isn't coming against a good defense, this is coming against the BENGALS DEFENSE. I might be wrong, but I think they had the 30th defense last year.

Next week is a must win, hands down.

It's still the 1st quarter. Ray Lewis is banged up and McNair and company have turned the ball over 3 times. Everything is going Cincys way and they are only up 9-0.

McNair looks hurt as well. It maybe Boller time soon!

BTW: I agree that next week is huge for the Jets.

Hell yeah, we can't afford to start 0-2.

I dunno about a must-win...our offense doesn't have nearly the studs that Cincinnati does--not to mention their excellent offensive line. Plus McGahee always kills us, and the Baltimore defense will be out for blood against a QB making his first career start.

That being said, I think we have a puncher's chance--especially if Mangini can come up with a scheme for putting more pressure on the QB. McNair has no mobility anymore and he's holding onto the ball way too long. I think our secondary matches up well with their receivers, so hopefully the DBs can cover long enough to get Thomas and Hobson to put McNair on his back.

We tried all type of blitzes against those cowards, but they picked up every single one. Hopefully it goes diffrent in week 2.
