If we were Indy or San Diego

If this was found out during one of their games and the Patriots ended up winning a close one, would the punishment be the same? Do you actually believe they wouldn't argue like hell to have the Patriots be disqualified (which is the punishment in 100% of any other sport in the world when one side is found CHEATING)???

Just because the Jets had an outside chance of winning the game means they should be treated differently?? What a HORRIBLE precedent that sets. I guess it's OK with some people that the NFL essentially would be saying "Sure we know you cheated and gained a competitive advantage but since you were probably going to beat them anyway we'll let it slide."

You can't look at this game as if it would have played out identically. How do you know that one of our guys doesn't make it to Brady on a blitz and force a crucial turnover earlier in the game?

This is has nothing to do with crying about a loss, it has to do with every team being treated equally. Jets fans always complain about getting calls against them and the league never stepping up for them, well it's because this organization has always let officials and NFL brass walk all over them. It's time for that to change and it can start now.
