Getting My HDTV Hooked Up Now

The guy is hooking us as I write-I'm looking forward to seeing the difference because watching that game on NBC last night looked frigging horrible

Enjoy it SoFla, the games are awesome in HD, check out MNF tonight. BTW, NBC has the worst HD of any channel. For some reason it seems grainy at times. It's still a great picture compared to regular TV, but when you compare it to ESPN, CBS or Fox you can see a definite difference.

Good luck with the TV, SoFla. Just had my lamp blow out in my HDTV yesterday. Missed Jets/Ravens and Yanks?Sox in HD.

A cool comparison test is to switch from MNF in stardard format to the HD version.

The difference between the HD local feed on our HDTV and the SD picture from Direct TV is like nite and day. The colours just seem to burst from the TV. We find outselves switching back and forth from time to time just to see the difference. Enjoy it SFJ !! ::GoJets:
