How long until it all clicks?

I figure we should be a Top 10 team by 2010 at the latest, only to remain there.

2010, even though far away, will give Tangini & Co. 5 total draft classes to get the proper personnel for their schemes. Tannenbaum has to do his thing and sign all the draft picks again (key players), then NY will be a team that has gelled.

Facing the facts, even when we beef up the front line more, Vilma is

still gonna have to shed a block or two. He's been unsuccessful so far, so do we switch to a 4-3, play it 80% of the time, or trade Vilma to a place where he can return to his pro bowl form? I hate saying it, but it's Mangini's strengths vs Vilma's strengths.

Concerning D-Rob: He's had his moments, and he's supposed to reshape the NT position(so I hear); But can we do better? At least bring some serious competition.

We're just a few key players away from being a very solid team, and who knows who's gonna surprise. Another 3 drafts, and like I said, if Tannenbaum is able to sign his picks; Then we should be a very good and consistent team. Oh yeah, replace Sutton and his vanilla play calling unless he starts gettin'er done!

Is it too late to return to a 4-3?

What do you guys think we need to make the 3-4 successful?

OLB,NT,etc...

I'm just going to take a wild stab at a prediction and say 2012 is looking like a damn good year for a Jets SB appearance- If not sooner of course.

And 2013

And 2014

& so on:cheers:

& so on.
