Sperm Edwards
My RB's, once thought strong on draft day, are falling apart. Rudi is injured, Maroney is splitting carries (including 0 receptions & 0 TD's), and Julius is worse than ever (though he was like an 8th rd pick). So who do I start out of my healthy/non-bye-week RB's? I need two of: Maroney is listed as questionable but that can be BB nonsense. Not really doing badly; only doing badly fantasy-wise. Ate Cincy alive in wk 4 last year. Sammy Morris I'll stick him in there; he's getting the goal-line carries + Maroney's not 100%. Julius Jones. God-awful, overrated talent like his brother. But he's got an ideal matchup at home vs StL & at some point this season he'll have a good game; it's as likely to happen this week as any. Currently I'm dressing both Pats RB's b/c Jones is so lousy. I'm playing the worst team in the league so I should win with essentially 1 RB's points this week. RSJ
Julius Jones has concussion issues that may keep him from playing. He has had two concussions in the three games this year. Pretty scary, plus MB3 has looked AWESOME. I would go with Maroney here. He is the safest choice. The Patriots injury report is as useless as t!ts on a bull. I would just watch the pregame shows to make sure he isn't ruled out and go with him.

Jones will probably have a break out game then. Lousy situation & one of those things that I'll only know what the right move was after the games are over. I think Morris is the more likely to have a great game and drive you nuts by icing the Bengals defense that has trouble tackling, especially tackling power RB's (See Jamal Lewis). I seriously doubt Jones is going to make it through the season. 2 concussions in 3 games for a RB is a disaster waiting to happen. Concussions only get easier to get each time until given substantial time to heal (like a year off).
RSJ
Oh Well, hopefully Palmer bombs tonight so I don't look like a total idiot.
Jetsfan80
Julius Jones had a big night for the Cowboys. Sorry, Sperm. I think I'm the only one in my league NOT having RB issues. Joseph Addai, who I doubted myself for drafting 5th overall, has been a godsend. I was hurt this week, however, in starting a questionable Brian Westbrook, who ended up not playing last night. Might cost me from going 4-0.

I'm up by 10 pts; I have the RB going & he has NE defense. Assuming I go on to win, Romo saved my ass this week...again. That guy is a friggin' touchdown machine. Sperm, I'd go with Sammy Morris. Maroney is banged up heading into tonight's game, according to Yahoo: Sep 30 Maroney (groin, questionable) was not among the the players the Patriots downgraded to out Sunday night, Boston Globe reports. Recommendation: That doesn't guarantee that Maroney will play, but it's definitely a good sign. We check his status again before Monday's kickoff. Yeah, Romo has been the man so far. Carson Palmer is my starting QB, but Jason Witten is my TE, and he's been Romo's favorite target in the red zone. I love my team.
