Maxman
Eric's front 7 can't do squat. He has a player in Vilma that looks overmatched out there. When Belly was with the Giants and here, I wouldn't say he played a 3 - 4. He played whatever game his team the best chance to win. Is Eric doing that? penningtonfan82
Chad had a 28 yard pass, a 26 yard pass, and I believe there was another, all complete. The 10 yards BS is exactly that!
Bugg
Again, both halves, we had 1;45 TO SCORE AND THE QB COULDN'T DO IT. The D wasn't great, but 17 points against a crappy Bills D should be a ground ball.

#27TheDominator
Bitch about the dink and dunk all you want, but if Leon doesn't fall down twice we are kicking for the tie. I'm not talking about him faking anybody or breaking a tackle, I'm talking about if he can just run until he's hit and fall down we are into field goal range with extra time on the clock. That's why they needed the big Baker play.

JetsMan57
Difference is Mangini better prepares his team and would coach Herm's pants off. Im just beginning to worry that Mangini is not a very good talent evaluator or that he is, but just misevaluated the talent we have on D and got fooled by last year's success.. Some more changes should have been made this year on the defensive side of the ball, our D sucked last year too we just played a lot of bad offenses . But Mangini thought all we needed was a top notch CB so we gave up some valuable draft picks in order to get one. THe JEts defense needed a pass rusher and had to stop the run beter WAYYYYY before we ever needed to address the CBs. I was saying it until i was blue in the face this year. Mangini made some mistakes this offseason, now we are paying hte piper and thi syear is a complete throw away.

Sperm Edwards
Bloom is off the rose. No one wants to see a 3-year rebuilding process in today's NFL. And we're on our way to that very thing. How do you install a 3-4 defense and not even have a true NT for each of the first two years? I think he's different than Herm in many ways. The one way in which they are identical is in their I-know-better-than-everyone-else arrogance despite their accomplishing very little.

Iceman88
Mangini arrogant?????? Care to elaborate??? Are you serious? The whole front office and CS has been arrogant since Mangini got here. The contract situations this summer, not telling the media anything, playing down the seriousness of how poorly our defense plays. All the cute little gadget plays that go nowhere. Thinking we could have a good O-line with Clarke or Bender starting at LG. Thinking we could have a good D-Line with Drob as our NT.
Sperm Edwards
Mangini arrogant?????? Care to elaborate??? You don't think switching to a 3-4 base defense with no NT, but with young talent at 3DT and smallish MLB, for 2 years (so far) isn't arrogant? How about making no effort to upgrade the OL and then playing hardball with our 2nd-best lineman this year? (If he put up any resistance at all, Tannenbaum would have surely relented). We'll find out the final week of the season, but I suspect LJ runs for 200 yards and destroys us, while Ty Law picks Chad off 5 times.
Matt39
Mangini should not be getting a pass for this trainwreck. The defense is absolutley EMBARASSING.Thre is no difference since Herm left with the D. I hate Herm, but his team went into San Diego and beat a pretty damn good football team. We lost to Trent Edwards. If Pennington starts nexrt week, there is absolutely no difference between the two.

The players voted him captain and he's definitely the leader of the team. It's going to take a couple more crappy performances for the team to accept him being benched.
