Iceman88
Hall wants a trade but there isn't a chance he gets traded. Plus we would be giving up way too much.

NY JETS 29
We have Revis and as of now he may be the only bright side on that defense.
JETSFAN5180
Yes our defense is so good that we couldnt use ANOTHER shut down corner. We said NO to Owens,Moss and others who are helping their teams WIN games.

serphnx
Pennington for Hall and a 2nd rounder, let's do it.
NIGHT STALKER
Since Clemens is so good, how about straight up for Hall...I'm big on defense.
serphnx
Since Clemens is so good, how about straight up for Hall...I'm big on defense. How does that help our QB problem? I'd only do that if we get their first rounder so we can pick a stud QB in the draft. As you can see the board is in a meltdown of epic proportions, Chad is probably done. This is even worse than the feeling on Herm. Damnit Chad, what the hell was that performance yesterday? I was rooting for him to do well this year, but I don't know how I can really defend that. I don't like our QB situation at all...our franchise QB is still in college in my opinion.
Green DNA
I'd take him straight up for Barrett in a heartbeat. Otherwise, pass.

Those who wanted Pennington to take over for Vinny were saying the same thing. My how things change.

Haha this is the beauty of rooting for the team as you posted before NS. We get to cheer for whatever is best for the team without getting tied down to one player. I myself am skeptic of Clemens, I hope he does well but no way am I ever going to guarantee anything.

We get to cheer for whatever is best for the team without getting tied down to one player. I myself am skeptic of Clemens, I hope he does well but no way am I ever going to guarantee anything. I had saved this scouting report when the Jets drafted him... Clemens has a good, if not spectacular arm. Probably better than Leinarts. Accuracy was usually very good, with the exception of his deep passes. He can make all of the short and intermediate throws. With his skill, experience and apparent intelligence, Clemens is a lock to get drafted and, in my opinion, make a roster. At the very worst, Clemens should have a career similar to former OSU QB Erik Wilhelm, who spent several seasons in the NFL. But if he gets some breaks, Clemens might have a chance to develop into a dependable starter. Other than the "spectacular arm"...this report might have well been written for...what's his name again?
