Pennington, really not even close. Eli is far far too inconsistent.

He seems to always regress as the season goes on after amking strong starts.

I'll take Kellen and Chad over Eli, especially Chad.

I have to say, this year Eli looks a lot more consistent though, I would still worry about it, but he doesn't look like the past 2 seasons. Still I'd take Chad.

I agree, but he has started well the last 2 season I think only to crumble to pieces come the end.

Chads smarter but he`s just to limmited in what he can do as far as throwing the ball past 10 yards down field ,it makes things to easy on opposing defenses ,so for right now I`d have to take ELI. It kills me to say that ,but this was supposed to be our year and now it`s looking like we are gonna have a tough time going 8-8 ,I had us going 10-6 but that isn`t gonna happen losing to teams like Buffalo

Chad looked really smart this past sunday, especially the last INT he threw, man he looked like a freakin genius on that one!

I think his brain is pretty good about making the right choices ,I`m just not so sure his arm is cappable of putting the ball where it needs to be at all times

Eli has no leadership ability. His body language, temperment, and interaction with the players really stinks. That stuff is in-born - either you got it or you don't. The fact that he sounds like Forrest Gump doesn't help either....

Give me Chad..

Not to mention when he get pressure he looks like he drops a deuce in his undies, he gets rattled too easily and has absolutely no mobility. Get pressure on him and the INTs will come. .........never mind, we cant get pressure on a QB.

Eli gets bailed out a lot by his receivers, especially Plaxico. There are times he just heaves it up and you think there's no way anyone will catch it and Plaxico uses all of his 6'5" to go up and get it. There was one a couple of weeks ago that he looked like he punted the ball it went so high across the field that Shockey got his hands on but it fell incomplete. Chad would have gotten killed for a throw like that.

Chad gets killed for every throw that doesnt hit our WR's in stride and on the money, anything else and the crucifiction calls are coming.

The only things Chad Pennington is consistent at are letting the team down and being inconsistent.

I guess he is pretty consistent.

Plaxico is so used to having to make acrobatic catches that they easy ones surprise him :)

Seriously, he's great at making acrobatic catches. It's the simple catches he has problems with, and it's mainly because Eli's passes are so off target.
