Jets were 2-2 after the heartbreaker 31-28 loss to Indy

Then, 2-3 after the 41-0 blowout to Jacksonville (Talk about despair!)

And, 5-5 after the dumb Chicago loss

Have faith...for some stupid reason I have a good feeling about this weeks game...

1 game at a time thats all. I think 3-3 would put us back into the thick of things.

Yeah and if Chad comes out and dinks and dunks for the last 2 minutes of the game and we lose 20-10, with Chads numbers being 20 for 27 for 127 yards and zero TD's and 1 INT what will you say come Monday?

Hey dude, I don't care who plays and who is benched and who is traded and who is released and who is arrested for cracking up their lambo doing 150 mph while two blonde 19 year olds do coke bumps off each others fake tatas in the passenger seat, i just want to win man!!!!

btw, not saying in any way you feel any different then me, actually you sound like you feel exactly the same as i do.

is that the outcome you are hoping for just for the sake of being proven right? God I hope not.

Lets all admit, at the end of the day we want a win, right?

Dude, I would NOT BE A JETS fan if I thought that way, I would have bailed out a long long time ago. I want the jets to win, in my opinion KC gives us a better shot at that.

Yes but your predicting terrible stats for a New York JETS starter... how about you support the entire team? Just a thought...

ok cool, good stuff, but you do see as how that post could have been misconstrued to the point that it seemed like you wanted that to happen just to fulfill an opinion. That is all i was saying there.

What doesn't make sense about the post....what was Chad's numbers this past Sunday? Yeah I am a Jets fan but that doesn't mean I have to like our QB, never has and never will or any player for that. Team comes first, and if someone blows at a particular poistion or point in time, then get him out of there and start someone else.

He had almost 300 yards and was almost flawless until the end of the game there... you said 127... big difference

Very nice. Well put and gives me hope.

The next 5 games are winnable with CIN probably being the toughest (maybe the Giants). No panic button yet, but we are getting closer.

Not to rub salt in an open wound, but are you kidding?? The Jets just lost to a Bills team with no defense and a rookie QB that made made them look silly in his first start. The next 5 teams the Jets face are all playing better than the Jets are now. If now isn't the time for your panic button then I don't know when it is.

I am hitting the panic button because, we cannot run and we cannot stop the run or the pass. We do not look good at all. I want a win this week, but just as much I would like us to block, particularly pass block well. I also would like the defence to get some pressure on the QB. At this point all I will be asking for for christmas is a sack.

Who cares?

That might have been great for the FF Chad, but it is meaningless for the Jets.

He failed to deliver early against a team the Jets were 'allegedly' better then. His first INT set-up the Bills who are coming off 2 10+ play drives deep in your territory. This allows Chad to pad his passing yards by having to pass for almost a 100 yards in the 4th. Which would have been ok, but he threw that abomination of a duck to seal the Jets fate.

We have to win this game against the Giants. A loss puts us at 1 and 4 it would mean we would have to go on an unbelievable run to have a chance at the playoffs. It will be a step backward for the organization to not even compete for the playoffs.

Great point.

There are 11 teams ahead of you in the AFC right now.

The Patriots and Colts and to a lesser extent the Steelers seem to be legit and headed for the playoffs.

Out of the teams ahead of the Jets, only 4 (Texans, Browns, Rai-duhs and Chiefs) appear out of place.

Then you have the under achieving teams ahead of the Jets (Broncos and Ravens) and with the Jets (Chargers and Bengals).

The Jets cannot afford to spot the other AFC teams too much a head start.
