Irish Jet
I'm scheduled to get ear surgery tomorrow morning at 10:15 to (hopefully) repair the hearing in my right ear. I'm 75% deaf in my right ear thanks to some chronic ear infections as a kid, so the specialist thinks there's a good shot it can be repaired. Anyways, I've never had surgery before, so I'm a little nervous. There going to be putting me under general anesthesia. Of course, the 2 nights before the surgery, I'm watching tv and a preview for some movie about a guy who is still awake under anesthesia during surgery comes on. Just what I need. Anyone else have surgery lately? What can I expect after receiving general anesthesia? I had an operation (as we call it hear) on my broken leg last year. I didnt even notice I fell asleep, just looked up and found a cast on mu leg. All the best dude, hope everything goes great.
JetFanByMarriage
I have had three surgeries in the past 12 years all c-sections and I was awake for all three. Not my favorite part of having children but they were all worth it. Good luck with your surgery, you will be fine!!!!!
