faba
Both teams are playing better than expected actually as you probably know Gainzo. Islanders had a long home stand to make hay lets see how they do out on the road.
124
As faba said, both teams are playing better than expected but theres no way either of them keep it up for the entire year.
Lil Bit Special
Just like the Islanders. Discuss. well since we were both supposed to be cellar dwellars, I'd say average would be good for both teams. Would mean they are in the playoff hunt. And wait until Bergeron gets back... Bruins will take off.
Gainzo
What a difference a new season makes. The Bruins are 38-8-6 this season and have the most points in the NHL.

Gainzo
The Red Wings will win the cup again. Discuss. If the Bruins plays the Wings for the Cup the ratings would be huge. Detroit and Boston are the best Pro sports towns in America.

GangGreen
Just like the Islanders. Discuss. Wow, you're crazy. We're the best team in the league. We got Savard, Bergeron, Kessel, Chara, and Thomas...nobody can beat that!
Bugg
The only team in the east that impresses me is the Caps. Ovechkin is simply the best player on earth. If they get any kind of goaltending, doubt anyone is beating them in the playoffs in the east. I'd love to say the Rangers had a shot, but their offense is from hunger. Thier power play is a joke, and why they don't bring up Sanguinetti to run it ius a total mystery. Apparenly they like watching shorthanded goals. And as good as The King is, they lean too much on him.
Lil Bit Special
bruins lose in 1st rd skippy It is possible... the top 7 teams are pretty good teams, and almost anyone could win out of that group. I'd love to see a Sabres/Bruins first round matchup.

I'd love to see a Sabres/Bruins first round matchup. The Sabres, especially with Vanek out, will be lucky to even make the playoffs.
