HAHA, my uncle in PA owns a stock car racing team, at least he did, don't know if he still does, he got trashed one night and ended up taking it out and tearing around town in it, got into a bit of trouble for that stunt. It would benefit business for advertising and writeoff purposes to sponsor. And no it wasn't welded on rocks.
