American Prez assination plot on Foreign soil..Ok, not the freshest idea in world, but this movie shows us the deed form 6 differnt peoples vanatage points. This ultimately leads us to the unravelling of the mystery. It was pretty cool through maybe 2 or 3 rewinds, but after that it was literally getting derisive catcalls of 'Groundhog day', and 'Where Bill Murray?'..

So, although somewhat taut and some nifty performances, especially Forrest EWhitaker, it didnt quite deliver in the Spy genere , aka, Bourne.. I would say, wait for the DVD.

So I rented it today ($1 for one day at A&P, great deal), and I really enjoyed it and would have to give it more than 2 and a half stars. The twist is great especially when you think you have the entire thing solved. I wonder if they really have used doubles for apperances. I doubt it, but I wouldn't put anything past our country.

I watched it the other night & thought it was great. I thought Dennis Quaid did a brilliant acting job in it.

Really???

I hope you don't take offense but I got to see this movie for free in the theaters using the optimum rewards card and I felt I got robbed. It was honestly one of the single biggest pieces of crap I've ever seen.

**Spoilers**

-The continually boring repetition in the beginning, the concept of it was alright but the execution sucked, IMO. I was waiting for some random janitors POV.

-The acting was atrocious.

-There's unbelievable and then there's this movie.

A) I can't tell you how badly I laughed when Dennis Quaid got T-Boned into a wall by a Mack Truck. Was he hurt or even dazed?? Hell no, not Quaid. He hops out of the car and get's a "Que Pasa" from the truck driver.

B) You have to love how Forest Whitaker, a foreigner in a completely unknown country, knows all the back routes of the city. Also how he could run a mile in about 2 minutes to save that little girl. ERRR that fat sh*t is doing nothing of the sort.

C) Ok so you're a terrorist who has just mercilessly killed thousands of innocent men, women and children. Now you're being pursued in a wreck less car chase and a little girl randomly walks into the middle of the road. What do you do?? Well it DEFINITELY wouldn't be to swerve so hard that you'll flip the van. At that point you are running her over.

Just some thoughts. Trust me I'm typically realistic with the exaggeration of movies but the exaggeration has to be relative to the rest of the movie. This was not a crazy shooter where people dodge bullets.

Anyway, this was easily one of the 5 worst movies I've ever seen.

Thanks for the reminder that it's out on DVD. Didn't have time too see it at the show.
