gangreenman
Jets re-sign Tutt By Craig Thomas Posted Feb 29, 2008 The Jets had a very busy day on Friday, and one move that went under the radar was the re-signing of fullback Stacey Tutt. Tutt showed great promise last summer, but blew out his knee in the middle of the season ending his year. He was a college quarterback at Richmond who the Jets made into an NFL fullback -Scout.com
Sperm Edwards
If it was cheap then fine. Personally I would have rather had Kreider. Signing Lorenzo Neal for a year or two is still an option.

He was an exclusive rights free agent, so we pretty much had him by the balls. No reason not to sign him to at least see what he has in this year's camp. You don't convert a QB and the dump him ASAP if he doesn't pick up his new position in a year or two.

Greenseed3
You guys didn't like Tutt? I thought he grew into his role nicely. I like his size for the H-back position, but think we could still benefit from adding a bruising FB. Owen Schidmt in the 4th or 6th, anybody?
