jetpower10
has marion not proved to be an elite RB, hell he is FA can expect something out of him. DMC could come to the nfl be a total fluke like ryan leaf. atleast with him we know hes a rb that can actually break tackles and make plays and he is young

jet fan stuck in maine!
Have Jones resign him then pull the trigger on draft day, we get MB and your 2 number ones and we'll give you the rights to DMC (not likely but sure would kick ass)
gangreenman
Guys, we're not trading away any of our draft picks for players. Tannenbaum has made it clear that although they did sign 4 FA's this year, they still want the draft to be the way in which they build the team. Thats how franchises become succsesful, by being able to mix in FA's with good drafting. Its not by trading all your picks away and spending as much money as possible. Just look at where the Redskins ended up...
jetpower10
marion barber can give us a dominate running game. with our new o line we could actually do something with a dominate rb which we dont have. hell i am for getting chatman wouldnt lose any draft picks and is good rb. hell he did a good job in miami and they dont have as near of a good line as we do now. Chatman is a power back that we can rely on in the 3rd/4th and short situation. Thats one of the many things we really lacked last season, and Chatman will come cheap. RSJ
There is some good RB talent in this draft all the way until the 5th round. No need to trade 2 good picks for one imo.

Sperm Edwards
Nevermind that we don't have a 3rd round pick & Barber will want a $60M contract in this market. Effffffffffffff that. You can find RB's good enough for a superbowl from anywhere. RB's are the biggest waste of cap money & top draft picks.
SayNoToDMC
RB's are the biggest waste of cap money & top draft picks. Unless it's DMC! You know about 10 of these reply are coming so I though I'd beat them to the punch.

CoachTsurfing
leon isnt a every down back, and tj isnt all that great of a rb I liked what I saw from him. You have to remember that our line wasn't exactly knocking people out. And I think we should get stewart. He is going to be a good rb in the nfl. If we don't trade down or if he lasts to the second round that is.
