part of defense ills last year was they were on field every 3 nanoseconds..thats and they sucked..

It bodes well for Clemens, too. A solid ground game takes the pressure off of any QB. Be nice to get into those second & short situations, and have a QB who can actually take a shot downfield.

the majority of these moves this off-season focus on one main thing-Controlling and gaining an advantage at the point of the offensive and defensive line.

This is about gaining size, being brutish and exerting physical force to wear down an opponent and move people.

Plain and simple.

If they can execute that, it makes your skill positions better, regardless their level of skill.
