SJ Reviews: 'The Other Boleyn Girl'..good historical epic, can be repetitive at times

The Other Boleyn Girl: History wise, thisis a fair rendering of the Boleyn saga that England endured. Several nods to telling a Hollywood flick are used, but not a bad attempt. It does get somewhat drawn out at times and very verbose at times.

So it was an All English weekend for me and this flick boasted a stellar cast;

Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Eric Bana, Kristin Scott Thomas.

We all know the Anne Boleyn story, but this is the story of the less famous sister, Mary.

mary also is part of the Royal intrigue and her exploits actually set up the infamous legend of her sister.

All in all, its a entertaing movie that sometimes gets a bit repetitive, but worth the time , especially if you are a History Buff and romantic film fan.
