Laveranues Coles New York Jets Coles isn't big (5-11, 193), but he is as tough as they come and the Jets' quarterbacks rely on him to get open. Coles has elite deep speed, but with the Jets' difficulties in pass protection and Chad Pennington's suspect arm strength, he hasn't been able to use these talents as much as expected. That could change with Kellen Clemens behind center and a revamped offensive line. 39. Jerricho Cotchery New York Jets He has a good feel for finding soft spots in zone coverage and can set up his defender well with his exceptional body control. He has steadily improved and his yards per catch was a career-high 13.8 yards last season. While his average was up, he is not a burner and will struggle to consistently stretch the field. The Jets' offensive line should give him more opportunities next season, but his ceiling is a No. 2 wideout.
jaspegs
I wish we could use Coles in a better way. He is so fast but we never use him for that.
aec4
I can agree with coles around 32... I've been saying this for a while. He's a #2.

aec4
I wish we could use Coles in a better way. He is so fast but we never use him for that. Because he doesn't PLAY with that speed. He never has.
DieHardJetsFan
If Coles had a Manning/Brady/Palmer type of QB, no one would question him, he's a #1 WR in my eyes
aec4
Yeah, no doubt that he's a #2, but he's probably one of the best #2's in the league. I can agree with that.. An awesome #2, but a lower end #1.

JonEJet
Maybe if he had a #1 QB to throw him the rock, you might just give him your #1 approval Coles is a #
Irish Jet
Together they make a pretty good tandem, it has to be said. We just need some speed to stretch the field.

aec4
I wouldn't say "fast" more like quick! The man was supposively clocked in the 4.2s, but he's never played to that speed. Now he has that toe problem, so I don't expect it, but even when he was younger..... Still a real good player, but if he's your #1, your passing game is never going to be dynamic. Irish Jet
speed and height! (Hardy) I would love that addition. it'll be tough to get him though, unless he slips to the 2nd.

MagicBizkit87
speed and height! (Hardy) Thats the height we're missing, but I don't think we are missing any speed, because Stuckey is fast.
Irish Jet
Chansi Stuckey, anyone? He's more small, agile and quick than fast. There's a difference. I think he'll develop into a very good slot WR though.
Arsis
I guess this guy found 20 WR's he rather have, oh wait he found 31.

I asked Sperm to check it out and it was him. I also noticed he signed up the day after the last DWC profile was banned.
