Yeah, I heard that kid's pretty talented. There have been comparisons with Deion Sanders, and Jesus Christ.

Darren Mcfadden? I made a post about matt ryan? are u guys a bunch of a**holes? any news reguardig the draft and the jets..I wil put a thread about... as for mcfadden? Hes the best rated player in the draft... not because I say so..because people that actually get paid to evaluate talent say so..

I've never understood the Jesus, DMC comparisons.

They have completely different skill set's. Jesus was always worthless in run support and had a tendency to get beat deep. Not to mention Jesus could only walk on water, DMC can do a 4.3.

You also can't forget Jesus was never the kind of high character guy DMC is. He always seemed to have off field issues.

yeah i know what u mean... jesus always seemed more interested in his spiritual pursuits, like orlando pace... completely unreliable...

Matt Ryan is second round talent, TOPS. Darren McFadden will occupy the entire first round single-handedly.

I will bet mexico and throw in canada that we will not draft ryan or macfadden. If by some reason we do, we will trade down to a team who thinks these overrated punks are their future. For cap reason alone we will not draft in this spot unless it is Gholston. MacBaby and Tryan are totally overrated for an already very weak draft class.

In all seriousness I wouldn't mind us taking a shot on Ryan. It would basically mean the end for KC and Chad and would give us a potential franchise QB. he'd have a pretty good situation to work with too unlike busts (or seemingly busts) like David Carr, Tim Couch and Alex Smith. I really, really liked him in college and he's the only QB in this draft that I rate.

If Tangini truly think he can be a great Qb then they shouldn't hesitate on pulling the trigger, especially if Gholston and McFadden are both off the board.

I wouldn't be opposed to the Jets drafting a QB. Whether it be Ryan at 6 or Brohm, Flacco or Woodson in round 2.

I hope and pray we don't take a QB at #6. That would mean , to me, that spending a 2nd on Clemens was a waste. IMO I don't feel that Ryan is worthy of a #6. Neither is Brohm but I think he'll turn out to be the better pro. As far as Woodson, IMO , he sucks as you would say Pete. ;)

I have this really good feeling that Brian Brohm Will turn out to be the best Qb taken in this years draft..

I'm not feeling that one. I think Woodson will turn out to be pretty decent if he can work on his qb i.q. just being smarter with the ball and such. Flacco could be the sleeper in this year's draft at the QB position.

:sign0098: With our O line last year we could have used a Chinese acrobat at QB. :P

Advantages of a Ninja QB:

-Master of the QB Sneak

-Significant stealth makes for a better scrambling QB than Vince Young

-Arm strength/Quick Release (At his Senior Bowl, he chopped 10 wooden boards in half with his bare hands)

-Flea flicker play replaced with the "Boulder Throw"

Disadvantages of a Ninja QB:

-Wants to wear own uniform, doesn't want a number or any other identifying characteristics

-In the wake of the flashing scandal, the PR department frowns upon murder and the negative attention it will garner.

Taking Kellen in the 2nd was a complete waste. Have you seen some of the players we passed up for him?

How's your boy Leinart doing? Does he have a good view from the bench? He can't even succeed with two great WR's to throw to and you're going to sit there and criticize us taking Kellen, who had a **** OL to play behind and injured or crappy WR's in most of his starts?

I love people who live their lives in hindsight, it's hilarious. It's also easy to do which is why so many people do it.
