Do I hear 100 arrests?

One of the few criminal cases I handled was on a weekend. It was the Colts Steelers AFC championship game where Harbaugh heaved up the last second Hail Mary that looked like it was caught. I watched it in the cop room at Kings County Criminal on Schermerhorn.

I was low man on the totem pole, and caught the call. The client assured me that he didn't have a record. The DA was going to recommend no bail. Then his record came in. It was on those old computer sheets where the pages are all attached with the perforated pages with the holes to feed through on the side. The guy held it over his head and let it unfold. It hit the floor with a tremendous smack. At least another inch on the floor. One of the cops tell me: "This is my favorite one" and points to a notation that says "Chased neighbor down the street with ceremonial sword".

DA asked for $50K. I was pretty nervous, but got the guy ROR'd. Got a nice bonus for that one. I'll bet this guy tells his attorneys that he doesn't have a record too.

I love the workings of the typical criminal mind. I guess most of these people don't realize that we have these things called "computers" that keep a record of past arrests.

That is one of the reasons why I love the show COPS.

you know why......liberal judges...uh oh...i didn't say that;)

You hit the nail on the head. You just left out the term "bleeding heart" .When are they going to get it through their heads that people like this POS are NOT going to change. They have no redeeming values and have no benefit to society. Thus the term CAREER CRIMINAL. Lock em' up and throw away the key.

Of course not. They send their kids to private schools, legacy them into the best colleges, and good ol' boy them into exclusive positions both in the private and the public sector.

That's the primary reason I despise liberals so much---

Their lot in life is never going to be adversley affected by their decisions and policies that they impose on everybody else. Their children will never have to fill out a job application at the post office. Their liberalism is a matter of convenience, and no real, personal sacrifice has to be made on the alter of those beliefs. It's everybody else who has to pay, and if they complain, they are smeared by these very same elitists who are screwing them.

Black Panther Stokely Carmichael, of all people, nailed it when he said "What the white liberal wants is to affect change that doesn't compromise his own status and position in life".

As an example, when Tag's enforced the Rooney rule for hiring HC's; how come their wasn't a Rooney rule for NFL commissioners?
