A couple of observations: 1). This is the 2nd letter I have received in the last 6 weeks. 2). Why is the IRS wasting money printing a letter to let me know that I would be receiving the check in a few days? My check will be going to Capital One as I just spent $1000 on car repairs. Did you use Turbo Tax and have the fees deducted from your refund? If so they don't consider that electronic filing. Since they essentially sent the refund to turbo taxes bank and the amount (minus fees) was sent to you by them. So all those people will get paper checks.
