Also Hermie is a joke and shouldn't be anything more than a DB coach in this league and I'm being kind about his abilities. His skills are more suited to being head cheerleader. He said the choice and quality of BBQ sauces are far superior to what he had in NY. Football wise he said it didnt matter. He now realizes he is a functional illiterate when it comes to coaching.
