Turnovers are the culprit...

I've been scratching my head like the rest of you when thinking about how we've performed this year...and how we're being coached this year.

So I took a minute to take a look at our statistics for the past 5 games.

It's important to keep in mind that Farve has thrown 10 picks and fumbled once (which was returned for a TD) in the last 5 games alone.

3 or 4 of those picks were in the Red Zone.

1 was returned for a touchdown.

Curious gameplanning or not the real culprit for our lack of offensive identity may be that we keep turning the ball over.

Also, let me point out that I can vividly recall the days when I used to call out our plays before they occurred.

Granted, I don't understand the shot-gun on 3rd and 1 three times yesterday, but at a minimum we are unpredictable.

Our most important player (the QB) needs to take care of the football.

He does that and all of a sudden we have a running attack that is getting things done.

A defense that can stop the run.

A team that has proven it can come back regardless of time remaining, down and distance to tie and or win a game.

We have some peices.

We simply need to stop being negative-3 in the turnover department every game.

I'm actually amazed we're 4 and 3.
