TNJet
Play Leon like we did in KC and we can win easily. If Leon gets 10 more carries than Jones we win the rushing yd battle in 80% of the games this year imo. Mangini keep this kid involved! More screen passes should be called to LW also. Who agrees? joewilly
our key to victory is the defense playing 4 q's of quality football they are cabable of playiing. create a friggin turnover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vudu
I think we can win with this formula as well. Marshawn Lynch has been totally off this season, so I dont think he'll be that big of a threat with our run defense. GO LEON!!! GO TJ!!!!
vinnys025
I kinda liked it when Thomas Jones ran for 150. If Jones runs for 150 and leon runs for 100, then we might be able to counteract the 3 picks favre will throw sunday. ...oh wait, we lost when jones ran for 150......hmmmm
PS17
I just want to see them RUN more, not pass on every single first down. Give Jones a good 20 carries and keep Leon involved in the passing game and give him between 5-10 carries. Then with some positive yards on first down, let Favre do his thing. Not that difficult..... Also, I like it when Brad Smith is in the game. He is always a threat for a big run and he keeps defenses off balance and not knowing what to expect, anyone else agree? Marshawn Lynch has been totally off this season, so I dont think he'll be that big of a threat with our run defense. No, not really. He's been fine, inside the 20, hes money for a TD rush. The problem has been the run blocking. He has nowhere to go, at all. As soon as he gets the ball, the hole is closed and theres no where to go. It's basically pathetic. Once he has somewhere to go, or a little big of a hole to run through, hes fine and his usual powerful self. I doubt the run blocking changes, watch for it tomorrow, you'll see how bad it's been. I just don't expect us to be super effective with it. We will have to complete passes. I like smith but I really like stucky's speed & ability to get open on the short underneath stuff (cept for that 1 play for a pick6) TJ has gotten a lot of 4-6 yd runs on 1st down, followed up by a 1 -2 yd run. very little playaction so far. anyone else hate the immediate sideline throw when the db is playing off the wr. I much prefer a quick slant there

Plus, the Jets have one of the best run defenses in the league, 5th or 8th correct me if im wrong. On the other hand, the pass defense is dreadful

Ha HA, you Bills fans crack me up with this Beastmode B/S. Lynch is an average back. Should have been a 2nd or 3rd round pick but Bills had to draft a back after dumping Willis McGahee so had to reach for him. You can name at least 6 or 7 - 2,3,4th rounders even some undrafteds that are better. He is another knucklehead in the tradition of McGahee and T.Henry. Ever read any of Marshawns blogs??? HA HA HA By the way, what is his avg per carry 3.5? How often is he inured? Beleive your eyes not the hype.

I take what you say with a grain of salt, because you obviously don't watch any of the games, and just go by the stat line. Weak. Maybe tomorrow if you watch the game, watch the running game a little closer, and tell me what running backs would be putting up huge numbers with the room, or lack their of I should say, that our RBs get. Lynch was a guaranteed 1st rounder; prototypical size at 5'11 215 and a 4.4 forty, with his production, his hands out of the backfield, i don't see how you could even fathom he was a 3rd round guy. The bills did need to address RB after getting rid of McGahee, and they filled it with a stud in Lynch. Just because a group of guys are having a better season, doesn't mean they are better backs. Throw those guys behind the bills oline when they are getting hit at the LOS and see how good their numbers are then. The keys to this game are pretty standard; win the battle at the LOS, on both sides of the game. We need to keep favre off the ground so as to give room for TJ to run and we need to keep lynch and jackson from running on us. Revis needs to lock down Evans and keep him from breaking the big plays. Apparantly revis has given up only one td this year and i believe it was to Chambers when he was in zone, but i could be mistaken. As John Madden-like as I sound, but if we limit the turnovers and we can do those 3 things, it's a very winnable game for us.

Wrong..............I have watched Bills games and stand by what I say. No vision, doesnt explode through the hole. Very hard to tackle however. All you Lynch groupies continue to believe the BEASTMODE hype and deny what your eyes are seeing. Guy is very good, not great. IMO, Def not worthy of a first round pick. How about this list. Middle rounders and a couple of undrafted players. Frank Gore Brian Westbrook Clinton Portis Julius Jones Marion Barber Ryan Grant Willie Parker Michael Turner Leon Washington Ladell Betts. I would take 3-4 of them over ML and the other half are probably just as good. I DO give credit when justified. Trent to Evans WOW. Thats what I fear this game. Edwards looks like the real deal! What a great theory you have. Listing players that were drafted lower and are better. I guess everyones stupid for passing on Brady and letting him go late in the 2nd day. Gore, Westbrook, Barber and Portis I'll give you, the rest, haha, I don't know. Opinions are opinions. Were not going to change each others. I can't take yours seriously because you don't watch every single Bills game like I do. How do you know he doesn't have vision? Are you a scout? His vision is 4-5 defensive players around him as soon as he touches the ball. Do you honestly think your list of players would do better than him with the run blocking we have? Maybe the 4 I gave you would do ok, but outside of that, not a chance.
Kleckineau
"Do you honestly think your list of players would do better than him with the run blocking we have?" Why yes, yes I do and most fans would prefer the guys on that list. Just pointing out that he IS NOT a beast like Bills fans with rose colored glasses on continue to say he is. I believe what I see, not the hype. Just watch. You will see. BTW, as a Jets fan I am happy ML is starting over Jackson who is a much more dangerous runner. You are not the only person watching Bills games. Good luck tommorow. Peace to ya,

NY JETS 29
The key to beating the bills IMO is Revis vs Evans. Evans is the new JET killer since Willis fled to Baltimore. Other keys would also be pass blocking and play calling, but i'm sticking with the Revis vs. Evans matchup. Also going to be interesting to see what they do with the Lowery vs. Parish macthup. Parish has been calling for more touches and will Edwards and the Bills try to exploit Lowery?

Did you see the 3-4 Jets in the backfield on every run play? What back would break free from 3 guys every play and go for 100+ with run blocking like that, honestly?
