Lil Bit Special
They can get him cheaper. And if they dont resign him, they get compensation for him since he's a type a free agent.
JonEJet
Big suprise here unless they resign Lefty out of the pen is something we have needed for a few years now
MagicBizkit87
I hope we sign him back, because I like the idea of having two lefties in the bullpen (Coke, Marte). I think it's a good way to go, because a lot of teams don't even have lefties in their pen that are any good, and we'd have two pretty good lefties. DaBrick Wall
I'm not sure what to do here. I'd love to have him back, but I think they would've exercised the option if they had any intention of doing so. Remember the last time they let a type-A free agent go? It was Tom Gordon, and they got Joba and Ian Kennedy out of it.
Jets Voice of Reason
Big suprise here unless they resign Lefty out of the pen is something we have needed for a few years now It really wasn't that big of a surprise. They can either resign him for cheaper or let him go for picks.
