D. Rob's stats for last nights game...

I don't care how many tackles he is making, the important thing is how many snaps is he taking. I believe he must be in for 65% of the defensive snaps for the Jets to get anything for him.

Any one notice how often he is on the field?

Well, I can't be exact, but when I took notice of the dline he was in there. It's hard to not watch the ball. Does the draft pick also come with the stipulation that he has to be re-signed?

I don't believe so. That is a part of Vilma's terms, but I don't believe it has a bering on D-Robs.

BTW Vilma still isn't signed, and i believe they traded the pick to the Giants

Does Terry Bradway still tele-commute? I hope he has the NFL Network at home and got to watch the game.

Hey Daddy, how come you don't work anymore? Long story son, it involves DeWayne Robertson, two first round picks and a bunch of people that refuse to give a player time to develop.

I was looking for him and I missed portions of the game but it did not look like he played 1/2 of the defensive snaps. When he did it had zero impact.

No. They redid his contract the day he was traded to I think get rid of the huge roster bonus he had due.

Overall Robertson is more proof about why you have to be very careful (or lucky) with who you draft. While he was never this bad for us, he always played adequate enough in the 43, combined with his draft status and salary, to where you had no choice but to start him every week. It's amazing what playing in between Ellis and Abraham and alongside Ferguson can do for you.

That is how i remember it. Nobody has incentives based on a damn Defensive tackle. All we want are snaps and we get a solid draft pick...hopefully a 4th rounder.
