RoadFan
I did a little research. TJ has fumbled only once this season. In fact, TJ has only lost a fumble only once since signing with the Jets...in 470 total carries! After watching Curtis for so many years, Jet fans never had to worry about fumbles. We took it for granted. I really hope he continues to run like this for the remainder.

Klecko73isGod
I hate Thomas Jones. And thanks for jinxing him on the eve of the biggest game of the season.
RoadFan
That fumble was a killer though. There was no way in hell the Jets were going to win in San Diego week 3 on MNF, regardless of a fumble.

I don't really buy into stuff like that. There was no destiny to win. We made to many mistakes, and lost control of the game. No cosmic forces at work. It was what it was. No cosmic forces at work. It was what it was. I can understand that. IMO, I really believed the odds were stacked way against the Jets going into that MNF game. San Diego was 0-2 after losing a heartbreaker to Carolina and then having the Denver gamen stolen from them by Hochuli... not to mention the Jets had to fly across the country and were still getting organized offensively. Considering the chargers can turn a game into a shootout rather quickly, the outcome was all but determined, IMO.

That said, if Jones doesn't fumble, and Favre is on the same page as his receivers, we're looking at a different game, and possibly a different outcome. CTM
The fumble was made all the more ridiculous by JOnes pre game vignette where he bragged about his muscles..

ZachEY
Why hijack the thread with a negative slant? 470 carries ! Because the one fumble was brought up. How is that even a hijack. Would you rather a bunch of people say. - Yes, it's good that he hasn't fumbled. - I agree. - Fumbling is bad, it's good that he's doing it rarely. - Biceps!!!!!!!!!!! ZachEY
The fumble was made all the more ridiculous by JOnes pre game vignette where he bragged about his muscles.. I didn't hear that. I had it on mute as I was listening to dope rhymes from his record label. Perhaps you've heard of it?

serphnx
The Chargers suck, we should have won that game. It doesn't matter now though I guess, we will not be seeing that team again.
