Aqua4ever04
As most of you guys know, I've been critical of my rival, the New York Jets. I thought a loss to the Raiders and narrow victories over the Bengals and Chiefs were extremely alarming in terms of the eye test the Jets seemed to be failing on a weekly basis. I've since come around and now have a new perspective. I think those games were good lessons for the team; learning experiances. The way the Jets game out and refused to take the Rams lightly and bury them immediately and never let off the throttle did not go unnoticed. In all honesty, I'm a big concerned. Despite Miami's easy schedule and impressive recent performances, I think the Jets will be the team giving the Dolphins the most difficult time. I think week 17 could very well be for the division title. See you then, Jets fan.

Irish Jet
Miami scare me as much as any team too this season. Not even because of how good they are but because they have a cake walk schedule from here on. I knew Pennington would be a GREAT pickup for the Phins, I'm still pissed at the Jets for allowing that to happen. Give Pennington good coaching and he's a good QB, he's shown that this season. I'm not ruling out the Pats by any means, as of now any of Mia, NYJ or NE could win the East. It should be a great climax to the season.

I think week 17 could very well be for the division title. See you then, Jets fan. I agree. This Jets team has always had the talent, they seem to be developing the chemistry now. here's the deal, I think the Jets are now a much more talented team and would beat the fins at home 7-8 times out of 10. BUT, the Phins have a much easier schedule the rest of the way and can also pull off the upset week 17 if need be. If the Phins take care of business by beating the teams they should and split the NE and Buffalo games, it's quite possible they have it wrapped up by week 17 anyway.. Miami is by far my biggest concern and has been since the NE game. The wonder of the last place schedule :<

alen1
I'm a Dolphins fan as well, 124 and a couple others may know me. I had the Jets with nine wins this year in the off-season and I'm still sticking by that. I think the Jets could get better as the weeks go by. It will be a good game in week 17. ZachEY
Miami will beat the Jets week 17, cause the Jets starters will only be playing a quarter. definitely not. If we're in a position even close to that, we'll be playing for a bye week. And we better get that bye week, because I'm going to be out of the country for wild card weekend, and don't know how I'm going to see the games. TNJet
I think the phins will be a decent game for us week 17. But I also know how it will turn out When Penny is blitzed by Jenkins,Ellis,Pace and Thomas. Jet fans expect many sacks, fumbles from Chad, and ofcourse about 4 ints with 2 possible pick six's. Cant wait...

When I give your team ackolades and mention them as the biggest threat to mine, you give the same reaction. You're not worth it.
floridajet
I was never a Chad lover but I certainly wasn't a Chad hater. I honestly believe we would be in the same position we are now with Chad. I am certainly happier with Farve because he gives us a chance to beat a team in the 4th quarter if we are behind. This stupid FO should not have just given Chad to the dolphags. They always said they did what was best for the team not for the player. I just hope this move doesn't come back to bite us in the azz..

Your team is not a serious threat to anyone yet, you're at least a year away and as long as Chad is there, expect to spin your wheels and never really get anywhere. West coast teams are 0-11 this season playing at one on the east coast, there are two of Miami's wins, vs. San Diego and Seattle. They also benefit from getting the Raiders at home at one this week and the 49ers at home at one on Dec. 14. The Bills have already had three games at one against visiting west coasters. Wonder why they've fallen apart recently? Once they didn't have that unfair advantage, they got awfully ordinary awfully fast. Just look at the Chargers schedule. It's been insane, in addition to the losses to Miami and Buffalo, they lost the London game, played at 1 p.m. eastern time. The same Chargers team smoked both the Jets and Pats at home in night games.

Been saying this for awhile, getting a west coast team coming east and playing at 1pm is the biggest homefield advantage going. The Dolphins get it 4 times!! Heck, when we jumped out to the 35 pt lead on the Cardinals, this was partly the reason. In fact, the Cardinals are 6-3, every single one of their losses occurred at 1pm est.. What a huge advantage and shows that lady luck is on the dolphins side, we shouldn't sleep on them..
