NYJ37/12
this is why HE was brought here and to this point has not done well, 1-5 including the one playoff game. If he cant get his team to win this statement game against a team that is a shell of its original self, I want him out. There is no reason to keep him. We can get any coach to beat the bad teams and lose to the good ones. I like Mangini, but he should be OUT if his team loses tonight.

Irish Jet
If we do indeed lose this game then chances are by tommorow I'll agree with you. But for now, lets wait for the result, 'kay? For now, smile, eat some ice cream and be happy that we're 5-3.

Jetfan13
I do agree, but a loss to Tennessee is palatable. tonight would be devastating. we should win both. We win tonight in the rain by pounding Cassel and we can win next week but stopping the run and making Collibs throw. sorry for getting ahead of myself, Faba is right though, but we need to start tonight

If you had waited till AFTER the game the game nobody would have said anythingt. But doing it 4 hours BEFORE the kickoff has ruffeled up some feathers here. It's just the negative overtones. Face it you posted 50 times in 30 months then start a negative thread. Doesn't look too good IMO.

Aten
Win or lose, tonight is not on Mangini. Whether you give him a pass or not is up to you, but as a practical matter it's mostly out of his hands. This is you-know-who's last shot and it's over if we lose. Anybody whose brain isn't physiologically connected to Favre's arm really has precious little say in how this thing goes down.

Not to say that Favre is on his final straw, but wouldn't you say your defense and two running backs are much more responsible for your success? DMaynard
Not to say that Favre is on his final straw, but wouldn't you say your defense and two running backs are much more responsible for your success? I think you can say the same thing about your QB. But at the end of the day, QBs are judged by wins and losses. I'd say that Brett and Chad are both assets to their respective teams. Aten
Yes, leading a 4-12 team to a 6-3 record so far has really tried our patience. Last shot, Brett!!! Yeah. That's exactly what I meant. It's his last shot because he's gonna get pulled. Not because he's retiring or anything. My god are you ****ing stupid.
Aten
So Aten has the "Favre Watch" going. There's no Favre watch. It's one and done and everybody knew it going in. Buy the ticket, take the ride. So here we are. Tonight's the shot. Our best, but more pertinently his last.
